- Every listing is checked by a moderator against our rules before it can appear in search — but a check is not a guarantee, so use your own judgement too.
- A residential listing shows an approximate area rather than an exact address. Expect to agree the address with the host directly.
- Start the conversation through Roomvia rather than off it: enquiries, questions and viewing requests are kept in your Roomvia inbox, so there is a record of what was said. The agreement itself is still between you and the host, so keep your own note of what you settle on.
