Rather than run separate sites, Roomvia runs one search, one listing engine and one set of rules, and adapts what it asks and what it shows to the category. That is why a professional space can advertise an hourly and a daily rate while a residential room advertises a monthly one, and why the filters change completely when you switch between them.
How Roomvia works, in four properties
One marketplace, not seven niche sites
A room in a shared house and a treatment room let by the hour are the same transaction with different questions attached. Roomvia asks the questions that belong to the category you chose, and nothing else — a residential listing is never asked for insurance details, and a clinic room is never asked whether bills are included.
Reviewed before it is published
Every listing is checked by a moderator against Roomvia's rules before it can appear in search results. That is a check, not a guarantee, and the site says so wherever it matters rather than selling the badge.
Hosts pay for listings; renters pay hosts
Roomvia's revenue is listing plans bought by hosts. Rent, deposits, session fees and any commission are agreed and paid directly between the two people involved. Roomvia is not in that payment path and holds no client money.
Built for more than one country from the start
Currency, address format, date format and the rental terms that make sense locally are configuration rather than assumptions baked into the code. United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia are configured today.
What Roomvia does not do
Roomvia does not take rent, deposits or commission, does not offer instant booking, and has no in-app messaging, viewing requests or booking requests today.
