A room in a shared house, a studio, a lodger arrangement, a whole property. Advertised as a monthly rent, with the things that decide whether a room works: bills, deposit, minimum stay, who else lives there, furnishing.
Businesses and practitioners letting or renting workspace
Treatment and clinic rooms, salon chairs, desks and small offices, teaching rooms, studios and event space. Advertised by the hour, the day or the month, because a therapist taking one afternoon a week and a tenant taking a year are both normal.

Photos, pricing, facilities, availability, who is hosting it, and the approximate area it is in — never an exact address for a residential room.
Location is the most useful filter on a rental marketplace and the most sensitive field on a residential listing. Roomvia treats those as two different problems.
Type a town, city or postcode, or use Near me, which asks your browser for permission first. Declining changes nothing about the search you can run — it only means you type the place instead.
The map point on a residential listing is approximate, and the exact address is never part of the public record — not in the page, not in the search results, not in the map data behind them. You agree the address with the host.
Explore shows one result set two ways. Nothing can appear on the map and be missing from the list, and every filter is in the address bar, so a search you found useful is a link you can send or bookmark.
What is never on it: ratings, review counts, badges you cannot earn, or a booking button. Roomvia does not have those, so it does not print them.
Moderation is not a filter that runs after publication. A listing cannot reach search results until it has passed review.
Nothing is public at this point. The listing sits in a queue, and your dashboard says so.
A person checks the listing against Roomvia's rules: is it a real space, is the category right, is the pricing clear, do the photos show what is being let, and is anything in it prohibited.
An approval publishes the listing as soon as an active plan covers it. A return names what needs to change, in words you can act on, and the listing goes back to you rather than disappearing.
Price and availability change immediately. Changing the title, description or photos opens another quick review, and the version people can already see stays online while that happens.
One thing, stated plainly: the entitlement for a host to publish.
A listing plan sets how many listings a host can have live at once and how many photographs each one carries. It is billed as a monthly recurring subscription and renews automatically until it is cancelled; cancelling stops the renewal and the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for. Listings are never deleted when a plan ends — they stop being publicly visible and stay in the dashboard.
The most important thing a marketplace of this shape has to be clear about. Everything below is a limit, not a feature waiting behind a paywall.
