A plan is the entitlement to publish on Roomvia. Rent, deposits and any fees stay between the host and the renter — Roomvia is never in that payment.
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. They renew automatically until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next renewal — the plan you have paid for runs to the end of its period, and your listings stay in your dashboard afterwards.

Before you choose
- Do people looking for a space pay anything?
- No. Searching, filtering, opening a listing and contacting details are free. Plans are for hosts publishing a space.
- Does Roomvia take rent, a deposit or commission?
- No. Roomvia charges hosts for listing plans and premium features only. Rent, deposits and any fees are agreed directly between a host and a renter, and never pass through Roomvia.
- What happens if I cancel?
- A subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Your listings are not deleted when it ends — they stop being publicly visible and stay in your dashboard to edit or republish later.
- What is a listing plan actually for?
- It is the entitlement to publish. Each plan sets how many listings you can have live at once and how many images each one carries; moderation before publication applies on every plan.
Paid prices are not published until approved Stripe TEST mappings are configured. No displayed test configuration is a production price or an invitation to make a live payment.
