Before you start

Do people looking for a space pay anything?
No. Searching, filtering, opening a listing and contacting details are free. Roomvia charges hosts for the listings they have live.
Does Roomvia take rent, a deposit or commission?
No. Roomvia charges for active listings only. Rent, deposits and any fees are agreed directly between a host and a renter, never pass through Roomvia, and Roomvia charges no rental commission at launch.
When does the charge start?
When you activate a listing. Your account is free, drafts are free, and sending a listing for review is free — an approved listing stays unpublished until you choose to put it live.
Can I change how many listings I pay for?
Yes. Adding capacity takes effect once payment is confirmed, and Stripe shows you the exact amount due before you confirm. Reducing capacity takes effect at your next renewal, and you choose which listings pause — Roomvia never chooses for you.
What happens if I cancel?
Your listings stay active until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing is deleted. After that, listings without another valid allowance stop being publicly visible and stay in your dashboard to put back later.
