Tell us about a listing, a host or anything on Roomvia that does not look right. Every report is read by a person.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services first.

What is this about?

To report a specific listing, use “Report this listing” on its page so we know exactly which one.

Include what you saw or experienced and when. Please do not include card or bank details.

How we handle your report

  • Only the Roomvia team can read your report and see your attachments.
  • We do not give your name or contact details to the host.
  • We keep reports to protect the marketplace, as described in our Privacy Notice.
